4WTC Build-out

Open workstation planning replaces the typical closed office typology in this fit out enabling greater communication between individuals. Each of the project's 14 floors, 580,000 sf, have a variety of meeting rooms of different sizes to give users flexibility when acoustic privacy is preferred. For meetings where acoustic privacy is not required and groups prefer to meet outside the confines of a typical conference room there are teaming areas within the open office layout. These options afford teams flexibility to choose the type of space that suits them best.

To help navigate the large space 4 different colors help distinguish one floor from the next. Each color manifests itself in accent walls, furniture components, and tile throughout the space. Unique spaces throughout the floors include training rooms, a command center, libraries, a graphics print shop, and a public assembly space with room for up to 250 people.  An interconnecting stair and millwork lattice wall also provide unique design elements near the public assembly space.
