xAD

As a location-based marketing company xAD certainly knows the value of location. Their headquarters in 1WTC emphasize this value with amazing views. The technology based company enjoys multiple scales of meeting space to ensure teams can work in the environment that fits them best. Take a peak inside.

Aon Atlanta

Aon Atlanta uses clusters of wood clad phone and huddle rooms to segregate what could have been a vast area of open work stations. This simple layout decision not only gives employees multiple scales of private meeting areas, but helps create neighborhoods throughout the space. An expanded "micro market" and client conference rooms on one of the three floors encourages employees throughout all floors to interact in both planned and unplanned ways.

1 WTC Pre-Builts

Working with the Durst Organization over 12,000 sf of individual tenant suites and turn key space was designed for 1 WTC. Tenant involvement in the design process varied per suite enabling each tenant to choose their role within the design process. A set of building design and construction standards created with Durst facilitated this process.

New Canaan Residence
